In order to deliver a full service real estate platform, Integral has built a solid and highly experienced team of construction management professionals, whose skills are brought into the integrated solutions required to address today’s real estate challenges. The construction management services are provided through IBG Construction Services LLC (“IBG”), an affiliate of The Integral Group LLC. IBG, also based in Atlanta, evolved from its origins as an internal service department within Integral into a separate legal entity in 1998.
Over the years, IBG has become one of Georgia’s most experienced and talented construction firms. It provides Construction Management, Program Management, Project Management, Inspection, and General Contracting services to a number of public and private clients.
IBG has extensive experience and a proven track record in general building construction (residential, commercial, mixed-use, educational and institutional projects) and managing public infrastructure projects (transportation, aviation, street improvements, storm water management systems). The company has worked with public clients such as the Atlanta Housing Authority, Georgia Department of Transportation, Georgia State Financing & Investment Commission, Fulton County Schools, Bibb County Public Schools, Atlanta Public Schools, City of Atlanta, Augusta Aviation Commission, Morehouse College, The Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games and a number of private clients, including The Integral Group LLC.
