Integral Investment Management (IIM) works in partnership with Integral’s real estate platforms to source debt and equity capital for Integral’s diverse portfolio from community development to commercial real estate and joint-venture investments.


IIM performs project-level due diligence, market research and internal underwriting to support the company’s project pursuit decisions in order to provide a consistent investment process for Integral’s institutional equity partners and lenders.


The IIM division is involved in the entire life cycle of each of the company’s development projects, beginning from project conceptualization through predevelopment, development, lease-up and stabilization, and continuing until the asset’s final disposition.  These investment management functions are pursuant to well-established and proven investment processes that are applied to all of the company’s projects.  IIM supports Integral’s investment committee to ensure all projects are vetted by the senior leadership of the firm.


IIM also serves as the company’s conduit for communicating with the various investor and lending partners through consistent financial and non-financial reporting.
