New 18-story apartment building in Denver's Golden Triangle 'tops out'
NOVEMBER 2, 2016 | DENVER BUSINESS JOURNAL
A new 18-story apartment building in Denver's Golden Triangle neighborhood is moving closer to completion.
A "topping out" ceremony was held recently at the 274-unit Eviva Cherokee Apartments at 1250 Cherokee St. in Denver, adjacent to the city's museum district.
Completion of the project isn't expected until spring of next year, developers said in a statement.
Back in July 2015, the Denver Business Journal reported that the building was expected to be completed this fall.
The project is being developed by The Integral Group, which also developed The Villages at Curtis Park and Ashley Union Station in the Denver area.
