Centennial Place
The principals of The Integral Group conceived the holistic Community Development vision, now known as The Atlanta Model, which integrated mixed-income rental and ownership housing with early childhood development; K-12 education reform; health, wellness & recreation facilities; neighborhood retail and other services; and family-centric services.
That vision was first given life in 1995 with the creation of Centennial Place (Atlanta, Georgia), the first such community in the country. Other examples include Assembly (Doraville, Georgia) and Trinity Mills (Carrollton, Texas).
Assembly
The Integral Group took on the role of purchaser and master developer for the Assembly site, executing our vision for job creation, expanding the local tax base, and addressing housing affordability in a transit-oriented development. With our strategic approach, the site is set to drive regional economic development for years to come.

Trinity Mills
Trinity Mills Station, a transit-oriented development in Carrollton, Texas, is a vibrant urban village in the heart of Dallas/Fort Worth's growth corridor. The project, developed by Integral and Koa in partnership with the City of Carrollton and Dallas Area Rapid Transit, will encompass three phases, featuring Class A office space, apartment homes, a hotel, and lifestyle retail and restaurants.
