Justin Chapman


Justin Chapman is a Senior Development Executive at The Integral Group, where he is responsible for the full range of development activities the company’s portfolio of mixed-use projects in the Atlanta, Georgia region.

For over fifteen years, Justin has been a driving force behind the more than 1.6 million square feet of built projects across multiple asset types nationally.

Justin serves on several prominent industry forums, including the Urban Land Institute, American Institute of Architects, and at Harvard University, where he is also a Lecturer in Real Estate.

Justin is a firm believer in the transformative power of urban planning and development as positive agents of change for both cities and institutions. Justin argues that accessible, high-quality design should play a central role in shaping the life experiences of individuals from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds.

Justin’s academic achievements include a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art from Ithaca College, a Master’s in Urban Planning from Georgia Tech, and a Master of Design Studies in Real Estate from the Harvard Graduate School of Design.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Justin is the embodiment of artistic expression and creativity. He has been passionately involved in electronic music production for over a quarter century, captivating audiences around the world with his compositions. His musical odyssey has taken him on extensive tours that have resonated with a variety of cultures and communities.

Justin is a devoted family man who delights in his roles as Randi’s husband and Brook’s father. Their residence is in Atlanta, Georgia, where Justin’s professional endeavors are intertwined with his dedication to the region’s growth and prosperity.
