Mitchell Powell serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Integral Group, a real estate development and investment company. In that capacity, Mitch is responsible for the accounting, tax, reporting, planning and budgeting, and Information Technology functions. He has over 30 years of real estate experience in a variety of capacities, including acquisitions, asset management, tax strategies, and portfolio management and reporting. Mr. Powell began his career in public accounting at KPMG specializing in real estate and partnership taxation and was regularly published in professional publications. He later joined Rockwood Capital as Vice President of Asset Management. Rockwood is an institutional real estate fund manager. Mr. Powell joined Integral as CFO in 2004 and, after a five-year stint at H.J. Russell & Company, re-joined Integral in 2022. Mr. Powell holds an M.S. in Real Estate degree from New York University and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of South Florida. Mitch is a CPA.
