Bio

Neal Mitchell serves as the Information Technology Director for Integral’s corporate offices and its several remote and leasing office locations. He is responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of all elements of Integral’s national infrastructure, including network and systems engineering, site connectivity and IT operations for the entire Integral group of companies. With over a decade of experience in information technology, Mr. Mitchell has an extensive background leading complex software and network projects. In this role he is responsible for the overall performance of networking, telephony, maintenance, internal systems, help desk administration, asset management, application implementation, data storage, etc. At the core of the responsibilities is the care of the in-house network. This includes the protection, stability and longevity of hardware and system applications used by divisions and departments. Mr. Mitchell also has responsibility for establishing the strategic long-term goals, policies and procedures for the IT Department. Mr. Mitchell has completed several professional development programs at Georgia State University and is currently working on his Check Point Certified Security Administrator (CCSA) certification. He is an active member of the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP).
