Patricia Hartley


Patricia Hartley is the Vice-President of Finance and Accounting for The Integral Group and its subsidiaries. She is responsible for the planning, implementation, managing, and running of all of the accounting activities and accounting systems for the company. Her responsibilities include financial planning, tax and audit, cash planning, risk assessment, budgeting and forecasting. Ms. Hartley has more than 25 years of real estate accounting experience with a concentration in construction, investment, development and property management. A native of New York, Patricia started her career in the real estate industry while pursuing her Bachelor of Administration degree in Accounting. Her previous role while in New York was as Controller where she worked for 10 years for a Global, Fortune 500 Construction company. In 2005, Patricia relocated to Atlanta and joined The Integral Group where she has used her expertise and knowledge to fill various Accounting positions within the organization. Her diverse background and experience have afforded her the opportunity to demonstrate her strong managerial, analytical, and results driven skills. Patricia enjoys playing tennis and has served as captain of her tennis team. She believes in giving back to the community and has volunteered for various organizations including Hosea Feed the Hungry and Atlanta Community Food Bank.
