Crews begin clearing out former Atlanta Medical Center site

ATLANTA — Construction crews have begun clearing out the former Atlanta Medical Center site, marking the end of a two-year development moratorium and the beginning of a major transformation project in Atlanta's Old Fourth Ward neighborhood. 11Alive News spotted a bulldozer and an excavator moving debris into a dumpster Thursday morning.
