GIVING BACK

Since its founding, The Integral Group has collaborated with partners to create lasting positive impacts in communities across the nation. The Ascent Project (TAP) is Integral’s philanthropic link to our holistic vision of weaving the fabric of community into urban centers. Overall, TAP has positively impacted over 20,000 residents by providing supportive services through relocation and community integration. TAP currently provides a comprehensive, community-based system of support that promotes self-determination, empowerment, and recovery, through a high-level of client participation in education, work, and relationships. TAP utilizes a network of strong partnerships in a variety of disciplines to provide support for all demographic groups. This includes support and referrals for skill development, retraining, and employment to under-or unemployed adults. For children, youth, and young adults TAP’s goal is to foster an excitement for learning that is evident in improved class room performance, prepares them for 20th century careers and builds a legacy of healthy citizens and vibrant communities. The program helps connect residents to life enrichment programs that promote health and wellness and enhance their everyday life.
THE INTEGRAL COLLABORATIVE
The Integral Collaborative is a groundbreaking and transformative initiative. With a vision to promote diversity and inclusivity in the real estate sector, The Integral Groups created the Collaborative to establish a national network of Black-owned real estate companies through a unique mentoring partnership. Drawing on our seasoned expertise in operations, execution, and financing, The Integral Group will provide invaluable support to Black-owned real estate development firms.
Leveraging our seasons expertise in operations, execution, and financing, The Integral Group offers invaluable support to emerging Black-owned real estate development firms. From the initial planning stages to pre-development, construction, lease-up or sale, asset management, and disposition, members will receive comprehensive assistance to navigate the complex real estate landscape.
The Collaborative recognizes the challenges faced by Black developers in accessing capital, hindering their growth and contribution to community development. To tackle this disparity, The Integral Group has aligned with two forward-thinking financial institutions, Reinvestment Fund and Berkadia, to offer pre-development funding and fair conditions that empower Black developers to thrive. Through this visionary initiative, The Integral Group aspires to change the face of the real estate development industry. By providing a supportive ecosystem, the Collaborative aims to empower historically underrepresented developers to create better.
