EVIVA Trinity Mills Station is the first phase of a 25-acre Transit Oriented Development (TOD), which marks a significant milestone for the City of Carrollton and metro DFW. This innovative project is spearheaded by The Integral Group and made possible through a public/private partnership with the City of Carrollton, Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART), Koa Partners, and Artemis Real Estate Partners.

Trinity Mills Station is a mixed-use Urban Village located adjacent to DART’s Green Line Transit Station. The Transit station is the connection point for DCTA’s A-train commuter rail line that connects Denton County with Dallas County. The project’s objectives include creating a sustainable, vibrant, livable mixed-use district with a variety of residential, commercial office, and retail uses along with a central public space that incorporates enhanced pedestrian amenities and supports transit ridership.

The convenient location of EVIVA Trinity Mills Station allows commuters to easily access DART’s Silver Line, which connects travelers from Plano, Richardson, and Addison to the DFW Airport and other transportation choices. Regional cycling, walking and hiking trails are also connected to the site.
