The project leverages Integral’s deep expertise in crafting high-quality, sustainable living spaces, a cornerstone of its vision.

This development marks a pivotal point in the push for more accessible housing in South Florida, shining as a guiding light for similar initiatives. With a completion target of May 2025, plans for a ceremonial groundbreaking are slated for May 8, 2024.

The project draws heavily on the expertise of Miami-based entities. Modis Architects and EAC Consulting are at the helm of architectural design, while the ANF Group takes charge of construction, ensuring the project’s compliance with the highest quality standards. Its financial backbone is supported by a coalition of partners and financial institutions, including the Housing Finance Authority of Miami-Dade, PNC National Bank, JPM Chase, Miami-Dade County Public Housing & Community Development and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas, playing crucial roles in the development’s realization.
