Master Planned, Transit-Oriented Development

Yaeger Plaza is a planned mixed-income, mixed-use affordable housing development located at 1177 NW 62nd Street in Miami, Florida, within the historic Liberty City neighborhood. Positioned on a prominent 1.25-acre urban infill site comprised of ten contiguous parcels, the project represents a strategic reinvestment in a key corridor of the City of Miami.

Rooted in the historic legacy of the Yaeger Clinic, the development is designed to deliver a transformative residential community that builds on the neighborhood’s cultural foundation while addressing critical housing needs. At full build-out, Yaeger Plaza will include 135 affordable and workforce apartment homes serving families across multiple Area Median Income (AMI) levels, along with approximately 10,000 square feet of community-serving space to support resident programming, wellness initiatives, and neighborhood engagement.

Yaeger Plaza will consist of a mid-rise residential building with structured parking and thoughtfully integrated amenities. Planned features include landscaped green space, a rooftop terrace, a fitness and wellness center, multi-purpose community rooms, and dedicated areas for resident services. Apartment interiors will incorporate energy-efficient appliances, LED lighting, low-flow plumbing fixtures, low-VOC finishes, and environmentally responsive landscaping, with floor plans designed for functionality and long-term livability.
