Positioned on a prominent 1.25-acre urban infill site comprised of ten contiguous parcels, the project represents a strategic reinvestment in a key corridor of the City of Miami.

Rooted in the historic legacy of the Yaeger Clinic, the development is designed to deliver a transformative residential community that builds on the neighborhood’s cultural foundation while addressing critical housing needs.
